Full support for enrolment, relocation and integration in the Czech Republic. The Assistance Program is a comprehensive support program designed for international students planning to study in the Czech Republic.
Its purpose is to take responsibility for all key administrative, legal, organizational and adaptation-related matters and to ensure a smooth, structured and safe integration into academic and social life during the first year of studies.

Duration: 1.5 years
Program fee: € 3900
University applications
Based on the admissions preparation stage, the program supports applicants throughout the whole university admission process and helps them navigate institutional requirements.
The focus at this stage is on accuracy, readiness and alignment with university expectations. Includes:

support with the university admission process

preparation for university interviews (where required)

coordination of documents and communication related to applications
Visa, accommodation and arrival
The program guides students through the relocation process in a structured and step-by-step manner. Includes:

step-by-step support for the visa process, including document preparation and interview readiness

assistance with choosing appropriate health insurance required for residence and visa purposes
-
accommodation support for the first academic year (partner residences; application and placement)
-
arrival support in Prague, including airport pick-up, transfer and
-
essentials upon arrival: local SIM card (15 GB) and a one-year public transport pass

Assistance with police emigration registration, bank account opening
Curator and buddy support
Support within the program is organized through a dual model that covers both official matters and everyday integration.
Curator (official matters & emergencies):

visa and residence-related questions, including renewal support for the second year

healthcare logistics (clinics, doctors, hospital support)

assistance in urgent situations and in case of lost documents
Buddy (student peer):

Support is available throughout the program. In urgent situations, assistance is provided outside standard working hours.

The program includes access to an international student community and a structured calendar of activities designed to support integration and social connection. Includes:
